What is your payment term & payment methods you accept ?
30% deposit, 70% balance before loading.

For sample
a)Stock sample can be ship out within 3 days.
b)Making sample can be ship out 7-10 days after confirmation with customers design or artwork.
For mass order
Generally the lead time is 40-55 days after deposit recieved.
but also depends on the order quantity and season you place the order.
